This user agreement applies only to “SimpleHabit” and related services.

Please read and fully understand the following content carefully. Once you start using “SimpleHabit”, it means that you fully agree to the following content, including any modifications we make to the following content.

Acceptance of Terms

  6. We reserve the right to revoke the user’s account at any time.

Usage Rules

  1. Users are fully responsible for the authenticity, legality, and validity of their login information when using the services we provide. Users must not impersonate others or use someone else’s identity to publish any information.
  2. Users promise not to engage in any behavior that violates the law or social ethics directly or indirectly through the services we provide. We have the right to delete content that violates the above commitments.
  3. Users must not create, upload, copy, publish, or spread the following content using the services we provide:

    • Content that harms national security, divulges state secrets, subverts state power, or undermines national unity.
    • Content that damages national honor and interests.

    • Content that insults or abuses the images of heroes, denies their heroic deeds, or beautifies and glorifies acts of aggression.
    • Content that undermines the state’s religious policies or promotes cults and feudal superstitions.
    • Content that spreads rumors, disrupts social order, or undermines social stability.
    • Content that spreads obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terrorism, or incites criminal activities.
    • Content that insults, defames, or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of others.
    • Content that contains falsehoods, fraud, harm, coercion, invasion of privacy, harassment, infringement, defamation, obscenity, or other morally offensive content.
    • Content that is restricted or prohibited by laws, regulations, departmental rules, or any legally binding norms.
    • Content that our services deem unsuitable for display on the services we provide.

Personal Privacy

Unless required by law or authorized by government agencies with legal authority, we ensure that the personal privacy information of users and the non-public content stored by users while using the services we provide will not be disclosed to third parties. However, in order to operate and improve the technology and services we provide, the services we offer may collect and use non-personal privacy information of users or provide such information to third parties. This will help us provide users with a better user experience and service quality.

Disclaimer

  1. The services we provide do not guarantee the security or accuracy of the content or comments posted by users.
  2. The content posted by users in the services we provide represents their personal views and opinions and does not represent the stance or viewpoint of the services we provide. As the content publisher, users are responsible for the content they publish, and they bear all legal and joint liabilities for any disputes arising from the published content. Changes to the Agreement

Once the content of this agreement changes, the modified agreement will be published on the website, and this publication will be deemed as notification of the modified content to users. We may also use internal messaging within the service to notify users of the changes to the agreement, service changes, or other important matters.
  2. If a user does not agree with the modifications made by the services we provide to the relevant terms of this agreement, the user has the right and should stop using the services we provide. If the user continues to use the services we provide, it will be deemed that the user accepts the modifications made by the services we provide to the relevant terms of this agreement.
